Vintage Classes & Activities - Summer 2017 (July, Aug. & Sept.)

  • Unless noted, classes are ongoing and do not have beginning and end dates. Classes requiring pre-registration should see the Front Desk or call (412) 361-5003.

  • All exercise classes are included as a member benefit! That means your $25 annual membership will entitle you to attend any exercise class that you wish (provided space is available). Available classes include Enhance Fitness, SilverSneakers, Soul Line Dance, T'ai Chi, Yoga and Zumba Gold. Participants of these classes will be required to have a current membership, but no additional fees will be charged.

  • Eligible SilverSneakers participants with scan cards (must have eligible Highmark SecurityBlue, Freedom Blue, AARP Medicare Supplement Plans or HOP insurance) should register with Vintage and remember to scan your SilverSneakers card on every visit. If you are a Silver & Fit participant (Aetna, Blue Cross Capital, Coventry, UPMC for Life) please see Cheryl Schell, Tom Sturgill or Jennifer Collins to sign up with Vintage as your designated exercise location.

  • Annual Vintage membership also includes the Fitness Studio as an added benefit. Register in the Information & Referral Office. Before using the equipment for the first time, please visit the Studio during the "Fitness Studio Personal Trainer" time listed below.

Better Choices, Better Health If you have conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety, or any other ongoing health problem, this free 6-week workshop series will help you take charge of your life.
